Ask Us Anything
Do you come to my home, or do I need to go somewhere?

We always come to you. You never need to drive anywhere or drop your device off. A GrandTechCare specialist visits your home at a time that works for your schedule.

I'm not good with technology at all. Is that okay?

Absolutely — that's exactly who we're here for. Our specialists are trained to work with adults who aren't comfortable with technology. We go at your pace, use plain language, and never make you feel embarrassed for asking questions.

Are you a repair shop? Do you fix broken devices?

We are not a repair shop and we do not fix hardware that is physically broken. We focus on helping you use and understand your technology — setting things up, learning how things work, connecting devices, and solving everyday frustrations. If a device needs physical repair, we're happy to point you in the right direction.

What is the HOA Preferred Pricing plan?

The HOA plan is available to qualifying 55+ communities. Your homeowners association arranges an agreement with GrandTechCare so every resident can access in-home visits and community workshops at a preferred rate. Talk to your HOA board about bringing GrandTechCare to your neighborhood.

How much does a visit cost?

Pricing depends on the visit length (15, 45, or 90 minutes) and which plan type works best for you. We always explain costs clearly before any visit begins — no surprises, no hidden fees. Reach out and we'll walk you through the options.
