What kinds of devices can you help with?

We help with computers (Windows and Mac), smartphones (iPhone and Android), tablets, smart TVs, printers, and most other home devices. If it plugs in or connects to the internet, we can most likely help.

Do you come to my home, or do I have to bring my device somewhere?

We offer in-home visits, remote help over the phone, and drop-off options depending on your location. Many problems can be solved right from the comfort of your living room. No need to travel anywhere.

Can you remove a virus from my computer?

Yes. Virus removal and device clean-up is one of our most common services. We'll scan your device, safely remove any threats, and make sure your computer is running smoothly again. We can also show you how to avoid viruses in the future.

What is the HOA Plan, and how does it work?

The HOA Plan is only available to 55+ communities. The homeowners association pays GrandTech directly so that every resident in the community can access our tech support at no extra cost to them. If you live in a qualifying community, talk to your HOA board about signing up.

I'm not very good with technology. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Our team is specifically trained to work with adults who are not comfortable with technology. We go at your pace, use plain language, and never make you feel embarrassed for asking questions. That's exactly why GrandTech exists.
